Simon Guobadia is facing more legal trouble because of a hefty lawsuit against his business Simcol Petroleum Limited Company. A private jet service company, NetJets Aviation Inc, is suing Guobadia allegedly due to an unsettled bill and the Housewives stars’ soon to be ex husband owes a reported $974,213.11.
According to the lawsuit, Simcol Petroleum entered into an agreement in August 2020. The defendant violated the terms of the agreement for failing to pay the due amounts in a timely manner, leading to the agreement terminating in February 2023. The lawsuit was officially filed January 26 2024, adding to Simon’s already mounting legal troubles with immigration. The defendants wife, reality star Porsha Williams, also filed for divorce from Guobadia on February 22 2024.
